Prior to launching Laura Moya Local Mortgage Broker I have worked in the mortgage industry since 2002 up to now.

I am a member of MFAA | Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia who is the peak association for the mortgage and finance broking industry.

My career path has exposed me to having to see start to finish of loan applications – not just being a mortgage broker – but mortgage clerical work and helps me understand the importance of getting the process correct as incorrect handling for application will have a knock-on effect for others involved within the loan application process.  

Due to my personal nature of being patient and nurturing – I try to make sure my clients have a simple and streamlined application experience and feel like they have been provided support and friendly customer service. 

Mortgage lending can include refinancing or purchasing investment property (ies) – we can work together to try to find a suitable lender for your current financial circumstances.
